Sermon for Sunday, October 25th, 2020

To members and friends of Franklintown UB Church:

Recent restrictions of gatherings greater than 25 do not apply to churches, so we will continue our Sunday morning schedule of one worship service at 9:30 am. This service will be streamed over Facebook Live. The service will be kept to 45 minutes, with prayer, limited singing and a sermon. We have opened up the classroom off of the sanctuary with well-spaced chairs, and alternate pews have also been closed off to facilitate distancing. Masks are entirely optional—do whatever you think you need to do to stay safe and protect others around you. We will make sure we have adequate hand sanitizer available. No hugs or handshakes, please, until we have a better idea of where we are with the virus. Offering plates will be in the rear of the sanctuary for you to drop off your gift before or after the service. Bulletins may be picked up on your way in.

We will continue our ZOOM  prayer meetings on Wednesday nights.

In case of inclement weather, we will announce any necessary closings on WHTM 27 (ABC) and WHP 21 (CBS) TV stations.

Sunday Worship at 9:30 AM   (Junior Church during preaching time)

Sunday School at 10:45 AM

The Holy Spirit empowers the church to be the means by which the Good News of Jesus is being taken into all the world, and by which his people are being discipled and transformed into the likeness of Christ. We invite you to join with us as together we seek to:
